Despite us carefully selecting our teacher pool, there may be hiccups here and there as there are with most things. As it is you as a student who can help us improve for the future, we are open and thankful for honest feedback - the good, but also possible improvements or even complaints. In order to file a complaint about a teacher, please fill the report here. This form asks specific questions about your experience, and the detailed feedback goes directly to our Teacher Management team. They will then address the issue with the teacher directly.
